ALT BOOKBAZAAR

well heres another fun event that i will be participating in. it's the Alt BookBazaar, and it promises to be a fun event. come down to Burbank and hang out with me and other writers and publishers. buy some great books and throw back a few. i think this qoute says it best "fourth annual ALTERNATIVE HOLIDAY BOOK BAZAAR, Saturday, December 8th, 6-9 pm at Wax Poetic Gallery in Burbank. BOOKS FOR SALE

o.k. everyone i'm officially putting my books up for sale. heres how i would like to work it.

STEP 1: contact me and let me know that you would like to purchase my book. the cost of the book is $25.00 and $10.00 flat rate shipping within the U.S., if ot's an oversee's order i will need to caculate the shipping cost. my e-mail address is the book is a hardback, 76 page's, and in full color. the theme of it is monsters and horror. many of the pages can be seen in my gallery.rubenmartinez73@yahoo.com

STEP 2: i will be doing sketches in every book that i sell, so when youe-mail me please let me know what you want. if you don't know and choose to leave it up to me i will still do something cool. i would prefer to do sketches that have a horror theme but will be up to anything. once you e-mail me i will give you my Paypal account info so you can send me the cash.

STEP 3: please be patient with me, i have a full time job and will usually ship within a week. so i will take a certain amount of orders, do my thing then ship them out. then i'll do a couple more. i don't want you to pay for something then wait forever for me to do it. so i hope this works, and i look to hearing from some of my t amigo's.

the plan with the book sketches that i'm doing is to print them all in another smaller and less expensive sketch book. so i hope to do many, many more of these.

THE SUGAR SQUASH GOBLIN

just in time for Halloween, this is a piece that i did for a Halloween show at Rick Bakers. it's starts this Saturday and will go on till the end of the month. it was a lot of fun and i reall want to start doing more large scale and busy pieces like this one. i hope you all enjoy.
